After years of screenings, festivals, and a 6 month stint on Shorts International, we’re finally able to show you our short film A BOY’S LIFE in 5 days!  That’s right— October 1^st, start your Halloween month with a monster-- err, I mean bang.

We’re proud to announce that A Boy’s Life has been picked up for distribution by Shorts International! Shorts International is the world's leading short film entertainment company - they bring short films to audiences in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia. We are excited to be working with them as they'll help get A Boy’s Life on cable television around the world.  Shorts International operates the cable channel Shorts HD in the US, so A Boy’s Life will play on television all over the US!

ScreamFest 2012

Excited to announce that A Boy’s Life has been selected into this year’s Screamfest 2012 and will be screening with four other horrifying short films.  Get your Halloween festivities into gear and come check us out on the big screen!  Buy your tickets HERE.

Festivals, Awards, and More!

A few updates:

A Boy’s Life has been making headway with the festival route, which we couldn’t be more excited for.  Last month, we screened multiple times at the Arizona International Film Festival where we won the Audience Award for Best Dramatic Short.

Soon after, we screened at the famous Egyptian theatre at the Park City Music and Film Festival where our composer, Hamdija Ajanovic, was a finalist for Best Impact of Music in a Short Film!  

And most recently, we screened at Hollywood’s famous Chinese Theatre at Dances With Films Festival to a packed house and received awesome feedback throughout the entire festival (pic below).

More Festival News!

A Boy’s Life has been selected into (not one), but TWO festivals this month.  We’re honored to have been selected into the Park City Music and Film Festival where our composer, Hamdija Ajanovic, will be attending due to his amazing score.  We'll be screening in Park City's famous Egyptian Theatre! 

We’re also very grateful to have been selected into the Dances With Films Festival in Los Angeles.  We’ll be screening with five other amazing short films in Hollywood and Highland’s famous Chinese Theatres.

Arizona International Film Festival

A huge congratulations to the cast and crew of ‘A Boy’s Life’! We’ll be making our Arizona premiere in Tucson on Friday, April 20^th! This is a special screening since several of us went to school at the University of Arizona (Go Wildcats!). Please go check it out if you’re able to!
